My purchase was delivered on time so was happy with my order
three sets of x1 were delivered, no refund no apology no good, it was the rest I needed where are they????????

Delivery too expensive if you spend over a certain amount should be free delivery
My candles came really quick safely wrapped down side is you can't smell them
I originally gave a bad review but have since changed my mind. I recieved my items today after nearly 2 weeks but customer service refunded my money back. The customer service are oustanding and i now believe it to be hermes fault for very late delivery. Maybe if they got rid of hermes, just a thought.

My parcel arrived damaged I gave a 3 rating on customer review. The company contacted me though I didnt complain they offered to replace my damaged goods which they did. They arrived today completely intact as a measure of goodwill they included some little beauty samples nice wee surprise.
It's so good to get good customer service.
I will be using online pound store again.
